Can You Train Your Memory to Work Better?

A study led by Dr. Torkel Klingberg and colleagues from the Karolinska Institute in Sweden shows that memory training changes brain chemistry which can lead to a reduction of attention problems.What the researchers found were changes in the dopamine receptors in brain regions activated by working memory functions.

These changes suggest that brain biochemsitry and functions can be modified by experience and hold promise that treatment for memory and attention dysfunction is becoming a greater possibility.

Imagine the day when we can reverse Alzheimer's and ADHD!!!
